The fifth session of the ENTRANT Techno Talks Webinar Series was organized by Magurele Science Park and featured Dr. Răzvan Gaspar, Innovation Consulting Manager at GAC Innovation East Europe. He emphasized that effective leadership fosters psychological safety, enabling teams to identify problems early and learn from experimentation — including failed projects, which often generate valuable long-term knowledge. The session provided participants with a clear framework for embedding innovation into organizational strategy, reinforcing the idea that sustainable growth requires disciplined and intentional innovation management.
