The NOVI Grant
The autumn winner of the NOVI Scholarship was announced at the end of October. Malene Kobbersmed Ladefoged from the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN) recently won the price for her entrepreneurial idea “Seniiorwear”. Seniiorwear is a clothing company that strives to design new solutions to ergonomic apparel for the elderly, offering innovative ideas and new support to healthcare.
With the scholarship, a new adventure starts. The winner of the NOVI Scholarship will receive office space at NOVI, along with financial and legal support. Malene Kobbersmed Ladefoged has recently been invited to the ENTRANT-platform as well and we hope to provide additional support in her entrepreneurial journey.
WP3 — Every module on the Babele platform has been made available now. Group mentoring sessions will start soon and there will be weekly/biweekly updates on the progress of our startups. The available mentoring time slots will be announced on the Babele platform.

We will try to encourage even more startups to schedule mentoring sessions and hopefully complete every module on the platform. There will also be more posts on the Babele platform soon, such as success stories from completed mentoring sessions.
The participants for the LTT will also be chosen by the end of December.

TETRAFEST 2025 – Technology Transfer Festival
In October, Magurele Science Park participated in TETRAFEST 2025– the Technology Transfer Festival, an event dedicated to innovation and technology transfer, which brought together key stakeholders from the research, entrepreneurship, along students interested in developing entrepreneurial skills.
During the festival, we shared with participants the initiatives through which Magurele Science Park supports the development of innovative projects, including the ENTRANT project.

Our presence at TETRAFEST provided an opportunity to emphasise the importance of connecting local ecosystems with international networks, as well as the ways in which our programs support the internationalisation of innovative initiatives, facilitating access to external markets, strategic partnerships, and the exchange of best practices at European and international level, highlighting the benefits of participating in a program dedicated to supporting entrepreneurship.
Start Your StartUP – UNSTPB
In November, we were present in the exhibition area of the UNSTPB Rectorate Building during the third edition of the Start Your StartUP event, a space dedicated to bold ideas, innovation, and the entrepreneurial spirit.

Throughout the event, we engaged in open discussions with students about ideas, collaborations, and development opportunities, addressing both those who are at the beginning of their journey and those who already have a start-up. In this context, we presented the opportunities available through the ENTRANT project, highlighting the benefits and resources offered to young innovators. The event provided a valuable opportunity for connection and dialogue between the academic, entrepreneurial, and innovation ecosystems.
The ENTRANT journey continues, and opportunities for learning and collaboration are growing every day.
Wishing you a successful end to the year, a joyful December and Happy Holidays filled with inspiration, new opportunities and meaningful connections!
